    法國五月 - 置地廣塲呈獻「安德蕾•普特曼,風格大使」精緻下午茶

    萬眾期待的法國五月「安德蕾•普特曼,風格大使」展覽已於置地廣塲隆重開幕,為慶祝此盛事,位於置地廣塲的LE SALON DE THÉde Joël Robuchon以普特曼風格為靈感特別設計了一款名為「黑白朱古力二重奏」的精緻下午茶糕點,黑朱古力及白朱古力配上榛子餡料。由現在到5月23日,一眾尊貴饗客可於品嚐美食同時體驗這位法國傳奇設計師的獨特風格。

     

    此外,榮獲米芝蓮殊榮的法國餐廳Amber及L’ATELIER de Joël Robuchon亦參與了法國五月美食節,以羅訥河谷美饌佳釀為主題精心設計菜單。
